Embryo Freezing (Embryo Cryopreservation) is a treatment used for infertile couples trying to conceive. Multiple eggs are collected from the female and given time to culture before being frozen. This allows medical facilities to examine and rate the quality of the embryo prior to being introduced back into the woman's body. Multiple embryos are usually available for the couple to make multiple attempts at having a baby, or having more than one.
